Mining operation for 20 years
The mining project is in the permit application stage. The mine plans and schedules referred to may develop and change as the project progresses. The mining operations planned in Kolari will be performed in compliance with legislation and regulations.
Further exploration will be performed during production. If more ore is discovered, the operating period of the mine will be extended.
The planning and permitting processes will last until 2022, when the decision to open the mine will possibly be taken.
According to maximum mining, there is ore for 17 years. Operation would continue for more than 20 years.
